Arcadia Chemical was founded and is currently led by Dan DeBoer & David Zuiderveen. 

Dan graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering in 2000.  He held two engineering roles prior to breaking into the chemical industry and has been researching and developing chemistry ever since.  As Arcadia’s acting President, Dan now leads all operational functions, including R&D, production, and quality.

David graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Sales and Marketing in 2001.  He was a five-year member of the Ferris State Football team where he earned All American Honors. He continued his football journey and enjoyed a short stint with the Atlanta Falcons in 2001.  He then returned home to Kalamazoo and had a successful sales career with two organizations prior to joining his high school friend, Dan as they began their Arcadia Chemical journey.  As the Vice President of Sales, David now leads all aspects of sales and service, including customer engagement and technical training. 

Both David and Dan have been blessed with loving wives, and each have four beautiful children.  With its current staff, Arcadia Chemical has over 100 years of successful chemical manufacturing and distributing experience and are committed to providing safe and effective products with world class customer service.
